How sad is it, when you start to neglect a passion you held for years. That is pretty much what I've been doing for months. I'm quite frustrated with myself for letting it happen. But it does. You prioritize work, relationships, bills and savings and let your hobbies slip away. Ive blamed the pain in my wrist to prevent me drawing, and lack of interesting things to draw and create. So now, New Year and although I detest this idea of making new year resolutions. I'm determined to make a better change.
First things first, completing drawings which should have been completed months, and I seriously mean months ago.
Secondly, make the effort, despite limited resources and struggling environments, to go out and get drawings done.
Thirdly, attempt to make at least one high detailed drawing a week. In an attempt to ease the pain in my wrist and get it back to a reasonable condition.
All said and done, I've tweeked and played about with my website, and even though it is no where near how I would love a website to be. It will do the now...
Anyways, time to show a couple pictures... one which has received 21 emails! with "is it finished yet?" "how big is it?" "what ever happened to that alien picture?" so on and so forth...
There, done, about freaking time if I do say so myself... But aye, Alien is done and it freaking hurt like hell to finish it...
So then I found an image of a fish on the old google, started doodling away and I think I ruined it by attempting to colour it in. But hey, that's why I take pictures after the ink stage for just such a disaster. Quite enjoyed drawing fish, just hate how the koi became a major fashion for a few years which put me off.
Anyways, enough before I start rambling more pish patter.
